SETTERS NEIGHBOURHOOD PUB AND LIQUOR STORE

35th ANNIVERSARY CUSTOMER APPRECIATION FORD MUSTANG DRAW 2026

To provide fair and equal chance of winning to all Entrants, the following are the official rules for the Setters Car Giveaway Promotion.

This year’s:

1st Prize: A Ford Mustang valued between $30,000 – $40,000

2nd Prize: Cozzia Renew Massage Chair valued at $5000

3rd Prize: LG 86-inch NanoCell 4K Smart TV valued at $1400

Contest runs from MARCH 29, 2026, TO JULY 11, 2026, and is open to BC residents 19 years of age or older possessing valid BC picture ID.

Entering Contest and Choosing and Contacting Winner: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. Setters is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries as potential contest winners.
2. Entry forms available in Setters Pub and in Liquor Store; one entry per visit with the exception of double entry days. Entries become the property of Setters Pub.
3. DOUBLE ENTRY DAYS – SETTERS LIQUOR STORE ALL DAY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY SETTERS PUB ALL DAY WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY
4. Entrants to fill in contest entry with their first & last name, phone number and email. Place the entry into draw box in either location. Further information will be collected if entrant becomes a qualifier for final draw.
5. Starting SUNDAY MARCH 29, 2026 through to SATURDAY JULY 4, 2026, 50 names will be drawn from each of the draw boxes every Monday (April 6 – Monday June 29) and the contestants will be contacted by phone and invited to come to the pub on the following Saturday at 4pm for a chance to qualify for the final draw. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO QUALIFY AS A FINALIST.
6. At the qualifying draw, 5 names will be drawn from the 65 names entered. Only contestants that are present will be a finalist and have a chance at winning the car on July 11, 2026
7. Entrants can qualify for the final draw a maximum of two times.
8. The draw box will be emptied weekly and a new draw box will be started.
9. The final draw will be on SATURDAY JULY 11, 2026, with 65 names in the draw.
10. A reverse draw will be held to determine the winners. (This means the last name drawn will be the winner). The winning contestants must be present for the final draw to win.
11. The Mustang will be transferred to the person whose name is on the ballot. These is prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions, transfers or assignments of prize allowed.

Setters will pay the taxes on the vehicle, but the expense of the insurance is the winner’s responsibility. The winner can find full warranty details at Jacobson Ford in Salmon Arm.

By submitting an entry, winner releases Setters Pub and any affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, harm, injuries, damages, cost or expense arising out of or relating to participation in this contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of this prize.

Employees of Setters Neighbourhood Pub and Liquor Store, and family members living in the same household are not eligible to win.
